This year the ASHE Annual Conference is in Atlanta, Georgia July 21-24, 2013. Wizard Software looks forward to showcasing their iPad and iPhone apps as well as our software applications—Performo, REportfolio and Projecto.

The American Society for Health Care Engineering Annual Conference brings together owners, design teams, and other facilities management professionals. This year celebrates 50 years of education and networking for ASHE members and other industry individuals.

International Right of Way Association

For the Wizards, the IRWA Education Conference is a new one. The International Right of Way Association is the central authority of the right of way profession. One of our valued large city clients is active in the IRWA and introduced us to the organization. It will be a great opportunity for us to showcase how Wizard Software simplifies lease management for large land owners. We are proud of our clients who represent cities, counties and different utility districts, as well as railroads.

Submitting a Help Ticket

We love helping our customers. Our tech support is a standard service and you shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to get the assistance you need. At Wizard Software, we make it as easy as possible to get fast and helpful support.

It works like this: You contact us, a help ticket is logged and a support representative will reply via phone or email typically within one hour.

The most efficient contact method is to send email to support@wizardsoftware.net. This email account is monitored by multiple customer support staff and a help ticket is logged immediately. The more detail you can provide in the way of error messages, screen shots or a description of the situation, the better.

You may also call Wizard Software at 773-832-0200 for help, and we will create a help ticket. Usually we are able to answer the phone and log the request while you are on the phone.

If you call and do not reach a person, please leave a message, or simply send an email to support@wizardsoftware.net. Again… more detail is better.

Once a help ticket is in the queue, a support representative will contact you and assist in resolving the issue.

We use secure screen-sharing software to see what’s going on. The screen-sharing software is accessed via http://www.wizremote.com. Screen-sharing software makes resolving tech support issues so much more efficient and is a huge part of how we resolve issues quickly.

As necessary, requests are escalated to the other Wizard Software departments, whether that be sales, project management or IT.

The support department checks email and voicemail regularly and our goal is to address each request within one hour of receipt.

Projecto Tutorial- Invoice Approval Routes

When it comes to customer service and helping a business run better, technology allows better and more efficient communication.

At Wizard Software, we take a lot of pride in our customer service. One of the many ways we do this is by offering video tutorials to go along with our products. They give the customer the option of learning the software in a simple and effective way, with minimal disruption to their day. Those of us who have been on an endless transfer loop while trying to get service from large companies will testify that it is not always easy to be patient when all you have is a simple question, and all you want is a simple answer.

These tutorials are for the users. They improve user experience and they are offered with that purpose in mind. Video tutorials cover many topics, for all the different versions of our software, for each product that we offer.

We have featured one below—the first in a three part video series about Projecto’s Approval Routing feature, how it works, and how to use it to maximize its benefit to you.

ASHE PDC- The Wizards Travel West

Opening trade show season for the Wizards in 2013 is ASHE’S PDC Trade Show in San Francisco. The show runs from February 24th until the 27th and features 360 exhibitor booths and thousands of participants. Focusing on healthcare facilities, it is a show that we look forward to every year. Wizard Software Solutions will be at booth number 644.

The American Society for Healthcare Engineering Planning Design and Construction conference is an important part of the trade show season and as many of the Wizard Software clients are healthcare facilities. It is also an important part of building a network and gaining valuable contacts for new business.

Bringing together owners, design teams and contractors with other industry professionals, these shows go a long way to helping develop new business.

This year San Francisco will be a great break from windy, cold Chicago and Wizard Software hopes to make this the first show in a very successful season!

Spring in Maryland

Following the ASHE Conference, the NFMT show is in Baltimore, Maryland, March 12th to the 14th. At the National Facilities Management and Technology Conference, Wizard Software will be exhibiting at booth number 1223. We are very excited to be exhibiting our new and highly anticipated iPhone and iPad applications for our software solutions.

This is a large show and one of the most important ones on the trade show schedule. Like the ASHE PDC show it is an important gathering of different industry professionals, but instead of being focused on the healthcare industry it is more broadly facilities management which covers many different areas of business. As a premier competitor in the software and facilities management industries, Wizard Software works to stay at the forefront and to provide the latest and best in products and services for their clients.
